By registering with and using our digital platform for recharge, bill payments, and money transfer services, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue using our services.

2. Services Offered

We provide a range of digital financial services through our platform, including but not limited to:

• Mobile, DTH, and Data Card Recharge
• Utility Bill Payments (Electricity, Gas, Water, Broadband, etc.)
• Domestic Money Transfer (DMT)
• BBPS (Bharat Bill Payment System) Services
• Other digital payment and value-added services

3. User Registration

To use our services, users must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Provide accurate personal and business information
• Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
• Complete mandatory KYC verification
• Comply with RBI, NPCI, and other regulatory guidelines

4. Account Security

Users are responsible for ensuring account security by:

• Keeping passwords and PINs confidential
• Notifying us immediately of unauthorized access
• Being accountable for all transactions done through their account
• Regularly updating login credentials

5. Transactions & Payments

All transactions on our platform are subject to:

• Successful payment authorization from banks/payment gateways
• Service charges as displayed before confirming transactions
• Daily, weekly, or monthly limits as per RBI guidelines
• Availability and downtime of third-party service providers

6. Fees & Charges

Service charges and commissions are displayed transparently before each transaction. We reserve the right to update pricing and charges with prior notice. All successful transaction fees are non-refundable.

7. Refunds & Disputes

Our refund and dispute policy includes:

• Failed or pending transactions will be refunded within 7 working days
• Service charges are non-refundable for successful transactions
• Disputes must be reported within 24 hours of the transaction
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

8. Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from:

• Using the platform for fraudulent or illegal activities
• Hacking, reverse engineering, or tampering with the system
• Sharing account details with unauthorized persons
• Submitting false or misleading documents
• Violating RBI, NPCI, or other regulatory rules

9. Service Availability

While we strive for 24/7 service uptime, availability may be affected by technical issues, maintenance, or third-party service providers. We are not liable for such disruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the transaction in question. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses due to service delays or failures.

11. Privacy & Data Protection

We value your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and secure your data.

12. Account Suspension / Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts if users:

• Violate these Terms & Conditions
• Engage in suspicious or fraudulent transactions
• Fail to comply with KYC/AML requirements
• Request account closure

13. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after such updates indicates acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka.
